Gravenhurst car show is on this year Saturday June 18 2022

Start the day off with Breakfast at the Legion

Pre registration for the car show  $10.00 at registration when you arrive.

Spectators asking for food bank donation

The biggest thing keeping me home is the stainless around convertible top is out for repair.

The whole rear interior had to come out to remove the trim.

Repairing stainless not a rush job.

What a day..  Handed out about 80 posters and talked to numerous people

A couple of CP member's will likely report more.  Over 300 cars and I didnt take a single photo. 

At the end of the day my fancy watch tells me that i did 8500 steps.  I usually manage 2500 and on a good day might hit 3500 steps.  Certainly pushed this old recovering  body at little bit today.

Lots of tree roots throughout  the park to keep an old fogie on his toes while navigating about..

If any of the many people that i handed a pamphlet to are checking out the web site for first time....  very much appreciated that you took the time to have a look.

Just confirming that Cliff certainly did put in all those steps as our paths crossed numerous times.
Hopefully his passing out all the promotional material shows a positive result.
Only 2 full size Canadian Ponchos that I saw , mine included. Numerous Beaumonts and no Acadians.
Took a number of pics of our favourites and will post them as I get them downloaded later.

Great venue for a show but that cool wind left a lot of dust and pollen on the vehicles.

after  a strenuous day on Saturday I didn't get my self into gear until noon and went to a car show 2 blocks from home.

Very well attended...no charge and giving  out free water and hot dogs

When you register you get a nice pen knife with lots of gadgets as part of knife.

Gave out a quantity of posters without being selective as to the car brand.

Camaro full size Chev Malibu ...dropped on front seat of any car with window down and one with vent window.

 

 

Still have a small few posters left if any one is interested

 

Again no photos..

Talk to one member who says he is on regularly 

 

Will have to scan the final design and post.

Step total at 3.30 PM  3500
