Found this in the driveway, may be off our 2010 Chev Equinox....:rub
Approx. 7" long, plastic pipe with rubber 90* boot. Had a dead bug in it.
Suspect some kind of vent....:dunno

Just a stab in the dark BJ. I had a 94 Fleetwood it had a similar pipe. It was a drain that went in the bottom of the heater box. The pipe was needed to drain the box because if there was not one there, the wind pressure would not allow the water to run out. It was a big problem on the Fleetwood, Impala SS and Roadmaster..

 Wow - that couldn't have been easier. Just pulled the engine cover and could see the spigot.

Slipped on the pipe and good to go for another 175,000 kms......thx again...smile
