There's a company called "Smyth Performance" that offers the UTE conversions for Chargers, New VW Beetles, Audis, Jettas, Suparu and Jeep Cherokees. I assume that's the kit this guy used.
Quite a kit, maybe do a beetle tdi for fuel economy.
