Little to report. Have had a ESE wind 9-12 kts for last 24 hours pushing us along with engine at low revs, full main and staysail. Some rolling and an occasional steeper swell but otherwise a very comfortable ride. A full dinner at the table last night. Glad our forecasting motivated us to leave when we did, as gale winds hit Faeroes later the next day. No other traffic out here since the ketch yesterday. 150 miles to Vestmannaeyjar, so arrival there sometime late afternoon tomorrow. No whale sightings. No porpoises. Most of the fulmars seem to have abandoned us; a remaining one ranges out a few hundred meters and then zooms back; great flyers. Did some mathwe have made 600 miles, so about 20% of the 3000 mile way home. We average 120 miles a day.
