I just Google the part number. It does say 68 Parisienne. 

But the example that came up on Ebay, did not have the Lettering. (listed for 175, and marked sold)

Very very good condition.  PAINT IS FADED. And 1 mount nut on back is missing.

Otherwise solid piece.
