Nice car, I can see why they stole it.

Have a post up on facebook, currently being shared like wild fire, car guys united.

For what can be parted from it, hardly seems worth the effort, some wheels and a well used 5.3? The market for 56 Ford body parts isn't exactly strong.

My thoughts are it's squirreled away somewhere waiting on a container, to be sold out of market.

 Probably right !! (hope not) On it's way to Vancouver. OPP just busted a big "ring" with a very large # of cars in containers heading offshore...

 It was a modern recreation of the car he had just after high school, the one he took my mom to her prom in (they have a framed picture of it done up in flowers with them beside it).

That one was wrecked shortly after when a guy running from the cops ran a light and T-boned him.

He came across this one, 50 some years later, same model and same colour (dark green) sitting in an "outdoor collection" and decided he needed to have it, but a more modern version, so 5.3, 4L60E, G-body front frame clip, S-10 rear, vintage air etc...

At least he was able to make the trip to Penticton show this year with it (pics above), the one thing he wanted to do for sure with this one.
