If it's solid, this is a great car. Great starting point no doubt with an already fitted 454/M40. 

Go 65 I say!

I usually say 65's make great parts cars for 66's but this one is almost too nice for that!

The factory vacuum gauge appears to be non-functional?

Very nice looking car. Looks like a new carpet, a heater core and a bunch of time detailing it would make for a great cruiser.

Maybe he's trying to prove the original tach works and is accurate? Long shot but I agree, why else.........

I kind of like that stock location!

Any thoughts about the carpet colour? Car wasn't originally blue maybe? Carpets don't cost much, I wonder why the wrong colour carpet is in there?
