I saw another test hauling a camping trailer they had to turn around half way through, does not inspire confidence, why buy it if you cant tow a trailer

I was unable to finish viewing (err, listening) to the second video as my work day came to an end, and my "events coordinator was hollering for us to get going...lol
I will finish it tomorrow.

I like that he pointed out that another channel did attempt to rebut his diminished range from towing by showing how to increase mileage (while towing);
but who takes an interstate (or any highway) and does 50mph/80kph!?

No one.

He rightly pointed out that he did exactly the speed limit.

I sure wouldn't want to be driving 20mph under the posted limit on the highway - or havevto take a longer route to accomidate the lower speed.

I would like to know more of his conversation(s) with people at Ford.

These trucks are just getting out there, the real world will determine how good the range is, manufacturers have been exaggerating mileage claims forever, ever since they started putting expected mileage numbers on stickers. This truck will likely be well below the sticker mileage without towing, towing makes it a real pita to own with the small range. I think it weighs 6171 lbs with standard battery pack. I wonder what would happen to range at -20C?

VW dieselgate got discovered because the real world fuel economy numbers were exceeding the window sticker number, then a university investigated how that could be.

I love the electric motor part, fork lifts and other equipment has had them for years, no diesel stink is a bonus, its the battery tech that's way behind, its almost as if theres a conspiracy eh
