Watched in 3 sections.

Total disrespect and desperation to escape.  At end must have been 40 or more police cars at the end of the chase. Took a while to break glass on drivers side and finally get the cuffs on him.

In my opinion the chase could have ended when the perp switched to the van. The cop could have parked with ramming bars against the rear bumper of the van but instead held back way too much, allowing the wildman to back up for a better shot at forward momentum to mount the curb, then back and forth until he was out & free.

Wow, the state of mind, just crazy, and a totally reckless danger to anyone in his path.
