But the stupidity started 7-8 years ago when they started televising the auctions. Everyone wants to be on TV.

I know guys that have gone for years to BJ in January.  Thur/Fri/Sat when the TV is prime time they told me its a "circus"

I can remember watching BJ the last night, Sunday. Everyone is gone home, no BIG dealers or bidders.... Saw a guy buy a nice 69 Z28,  a BB  Chevelle and something else, for less than $120K/3 cars!!!!  He was one happy guy. The cars had been entered "late" and no publicity...
