Just did a quick search and came up with this page  "anodizing car parts on Ontario"   A list of locations

anodizing car parts in ontario - Search (bing.com)

An interesting read about the various process,  Hadn't thought about colour.....

Hi... you'll have to get stripped and polished first, then anodized.

What is the trim from? Is it clear anodizing?

Regards

We tried a company in Mississauga - they stripped for me. I polished everything to a beautiful shine and then they recoated and it all went dull. After a follow-up they informed me that it likely requires "Bright-dip" anodizing, something they do not do. This is all the window and door trim for my 1986 Caprice. Cambridge chrome says they can strip and chrome it for $30.00/ linear foot. I thing it may quickly outweigh the value of the car going that route.

I had the exact same car, except I changed the interior for the blue velour interior form my Buick park avenue. Great car, I advertised it in the Autotrader and had over 25 calls the FIRST day, car had about 400K on it but still looked good.

So try calling Progressive Anodizers in Scarborough. Check your PM's...
