Is that the one that Rick Hoinkes from Calgary owned? He passed away a number of years ago. If that's his I believe it's a factory 396 4 speed car.

Yes, that is Rick's car. The telltale photo is of the emergency brake pedal, Rick had a US trapezoid shaped pedal cover on it.
Rick put the 454 in it, and had the original 396 on a pallet.
It was not a frame off restoration.
I forgot it was a feature car, and was with Rick on the trip of the PCH where he snapped some of the photos in the feature story.

I miss his input here. He was such a nice guy and as the saying goes, he was even nicer in person. He sure loved his big Pontiacs.

Carl...is that the factory console and gauge package to the bottom of the dash?

No, there is no factory gauges for the 67's. Someone has added that.

I should add to that, "no factory gauges for 67 Canadian Pontiacs". US models had them in dash, 2 small gauges on each end of the speedometer.

Yeah...Looks "out of place". Sure does not fit like it was GM

According to the Facebook add the car has had a reforestation. Must be a Lake Cowichan thing??
