Wishing everyone a healthy and prosperous 2023!

Trivial question - are the taillights/housings on the '67 Beaumont unique to the car, or were they scavenged from elsewhere in the GM parts bin?  This has had me puzzling for a while.  Definitely NOT A-body U.S. Pontiac parts.

At the risk of inspiring jealousy, I took the Beau out for a ride yesterday.  We got back to the mid-teens C after the "Cyclone Bomb" dropped our temps 5C below what my buddy and brother, both in Collngwood, reported on Boxing Day.  But we were spared the white stuff.  Yestereday was a lovely sunny day, and both I and the old girl enjoyed some back road runnin' here in the Piedmont.

She's booked for the Pigeon Forge Rod Run, April 13-14, and I "can't hardly wait", as we rednecks say.  First time for either of us.

Happy New Year, Back up to the plus side out here on the west coast, but did not and won't be going for a ride in the car.
Too much salt and brine on the road. Car in Hiding till spring.

Happy New Year everyone.

Sitting at home tonight, waiting for the phone to ring to come and guard any partier who has earned themself a free night's stay at the local RCMP "hotel".
