Found, nice hi-res scans of the '60 prestige brochure. I found then on the following link to a recently posted  brochure scan from a site many are familiar with, lov2xlr8.no based in Norway.

It is amusing on the bottom right hand on the last page there is a typo. Publishing date is listed as 9/95. It should be 9/59.
