Has anyone tried to install 3 point seat belts on 1965 Parisienne/Bonneville?

Hey everyone, I'm wondering if there were any successful attempts to install 3 point seat belts on 1965 Parisienne/Bonneville/Catalina?

Would the top anchor go to the roof or the side panel?

Thanks in advance for any info.

Believe there is an older post detailing exactly what you're asking but don't remember the year of car

Go to the site search bar and enter 3 point. That should lead you to multiple articles.

I'm looking for some advise on where to place the bracket for 3 point belts.

So I unscrewed the coat hook and "gently" opened the roof liner. There are two tiny holes on the back (one of them holds the hook) which is semi suitable, but it's too far back and the surface is wavy for a flat plate. The other complication is that behind the area to the front of the hook hole there's some widening so the plate also can't be installed below the red dashed line either.

Could anyone please advise on where you bolted the archor on the top of 2 door hard top/fast back?

I'd saved the links to this company Westcoperformance as I planned on doing the 65 with 3 points, but it just went by the wayside.

Anyways, it appears to be a good resource for parts and instructions and might provide you with some stuff you need...

A member here with a 67 FB took pictures of the factory provided mounting point (that the 65 is missing). I swear I saved it somewhere as it was a great image showing the position. I'll keep looking.

67 was the first year for 3 point sear belts.

I have some images of the roofline that frame. The headliner was removed to  confirm that the mounting points were actually there.

I'll add photos tomorrow.

Hey there. It seems nowadays most of the belt already come with the plates and hardware.
67s have the mounting area by default.
I saw someone hanged the belts in 64 (not fastback) here on the forum, but the areas look different:(

So on the top it goes to the area a bit closer to the front from the area where 2 windows meet?

I actually like the idea to put it on the wall below the window, but it doesn't seem possible without welding some support for it.
