I went to a local craft brewery June 6, 2019, to grab a beer and have some spicy Indian food from a food truck. A neighbour was there doing the same with his son. It was the 75th anniversary of D Day and Ray who was there as a navigator on a destroyer was out celebrating the anniversary , having a beer and Indian food. He told me all about it. He is celebrating his 100th birthday this year , but is in hospital with cancer. What an amazing life he has had and is still having.
