Interior parts color question

Hey everyone, I have a few questions as always:) Now it's about interior colors for 1965 Parisienne. I'm planning to restore it to more or less authentic look except few minor things. For colors I'm leaning towards Fountain Blue for exterior and Parchment for interior. I found on the internet some confusing photos and can't figure out few things.

1. Does dash and steering wheel color depend on the exterior color or upholstery color? I see blue interiors with blue dashes, red interiors with red dashes but parchment interior is shown with black dash and partially black and partially brownish clear steering wheel.

2. Was there any option to get parchment color for a steering wheel?

3. My steering wheel was in pretty rough shape, I restored it's shape but I can't see easy ways to get those clear parts, unless to print them out of resin and glue, but I don't have a resin printer:) Currently it's all in primer, so for now it can only be painted unfortunately. Does it have to be all black? Is it semi-glossy or glossy?

4. If it's a parchment interior, does it have to have black bottoms and black carpet?

5. What color was a roof liner for parchment interior?

6. Does anyone have some good reference photos of the interior?

This question looks lonely so I'll try to answer.
You mention parchment interior & your avatar shows a Custom Sport. The Parisienne Custom Sport in '65 used the '65 Impala SS interior along with a Pontiac dash & modified steering column.

1. Steering wheel colour was determined by interior colour.

2. No option to get parchment on the steering wheel. There were white steering wheels in some police option Oldsmobiles to keep the wheel cooler in the California sun. Ford trucks offered it for years as well.

3. Steering wheel should be glossy. As far as restoring the clear sections, there are places that do it but it is not common.

4. Yes, black door panel bottoms and black carpet.

5. The headliner would be white.

I believe it is the norm for the parchement interior to have the black dash and black-clear wheel. This is how mine was built:

Hey, thanks for your responses.
What confuses me though is the dash/dash pad color.

I already painted the wheel into black and making final clear coat touch ups and there's no turning back:)

I am quite sure no white dash pads were ever offered and that was due to glare.

I know 66 may not be the same but my 66 Grande Parisienne was white seats, door panels and headliner. Rear parcel tray and everything about the dash was black. The carpet at the bottom of the door panels was black also.
