Ive seen lots of cars like this in Ontario, nothing new. Buyer beware. I read an article a few years ago about a guy buying a Dodge at a Barrett-Jackson auction and had it shipped home. The car wouldnt pass the state inspection due to rotten rear frame rails. Barrett said it was the purchasers responsibility to inspect the car before the auction and Barrett-Jackson wasnt responsible for the vehicle condition.
