They were never really common back in the day like Econolines were. The Corvan 95 was more like a VW van in design, but more refined. Compared to the Econoline, the Corvan sits noticeably lower (and so were it's sales). Chevy said "oops" and brought the ChevyVan 90 to market for '64 with conventional water-cooled front engine, though they sold both the Corvan & CheyVan side by side in '64 & '65.

In our old local car club there was one guy with a '63 Corvair Rampside pickup that I think is really cool. A great pickup if you have motorcycles to transport. Anything on a handtruck is a cinch to load.
