Test light first, not just a visual inspection. I once had a glass fuse that looked perfect but didn't work, as hard as that is to believe. Keep it simple.

I'd check the rest of the fuses too. The fuse can look perfect in the glass area, but they will come apart where the wire is soldered to the end metal, where you can't see it.
When you replace them, turn the fuse so you can see the wire inside, there is a "flat" side which is easier to see with a trouble light if it is blown...
