You know, those Rally IIs almost make the car look "Donkish". Actually it looks like a great platform. When I think of the 283 Powerglide Parisienne convertibles in my past, I think of great cars being enjoyed without the commitment of addressing body issues. Hence the rarity today...

True, the 2+2 was rare to begin with, and really the base models got driven as regular cars all the way to the scrap yard.

If you had another parts 67, this could be an easy driver project.
