A PEI Tradition

It's hard to believe I've been in PEI for 10 years. One of my favorite discoveries is Mustard Pickles. I'm kind of addicted to them. Thankfully we had a good crop of cucumbers this year and my wife makes excellent mustard pickles! She made 24 jars this year and there are enough cucumbers for her famous relish. I love this time of year! smile

My grandmother, mom, and aunt made them every year.
