‘68 Beaumont SD very near completion

Hi! Almost finished my Beaumont! Picture is minutes after final sand and polishing by Chris in Guelph. Ive taken it for a spin a number of times and it gets lots of attention from passerby and drivers.

Looking for stripes- actually, only want the SD 396 in black lettering to go behind front wheels (I think black or white striping may make it look too busy. But the car type indicator is a must).

any contacts for the vinyl lettering?

Ill upload more pictures later today.

It looks great!

If it was mine I'd white stripe it all day long but the beauty of the cosmetics on our cars is we all have different tastes, and none of them is wrong or right.

Your car looks amazing, my favorite colour on the Beaumont. I have a side stripe kit in black, send me a PM if you're interested.
Are you in the Guelph area? I can't wait to see this car next year at the local shows if you are.

Weather was not favourable for picture taking yesterday. mostly overcast. Next couple days look good for sunshine and I hope to get pics with fall colours in the background. Southwestern Ontario has pretty well peaked in colours though.

this car goes on a four day road trip to Florida starting November 3. I have a garage lined up there, and will be showing the car several times at Old Town car show in Kissimmee each time I visit over the winter months. The next update will show pics at car show....with palm trees !

(Not sure how to get a large image shown?)

I find I get a better picture on an overcast day, too much sun can confuse my phone camera.

Beautiful car. Once you take the car to Florida, how long will it be there? It seem like there are more Beaumonts in Florida than any other state that I know of. I know of at least one more 68 SD there. Maybe I should plan a trip to Florida to my car to one of the shows in Kissimmee. I'll have to give that some thought.

Well travel through North and South Carolinas Saturday and Sunday.
First Kissimmee entry will be Saturday November 11. Hope to see another Beaumont. But ive visited Old Towne car show a few times and not seen one. Chevelles a plenty. Car will remain in Florida until April. At which time another road trip up through the pan handle, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, .....

It would be cool to have both cars at a Kissimmee show James.

Hi.. I'm in Florida from Jan to April. I go regular to Old Town, there is a few Ontario cars every year, I've never seen a Beaumont there, but I did see a 64 Parisienne with a 409 there for a few years.   A Canadian car. Saturday is the best night. I'll look for you and the car, wish I could take mine...
