1954 radio faceplate?

Hey fellas,

I just posted this on the open forum, but maybe it should have been here. I'm trying to take the radio out of my parts car, but it seems like its bolted in, I think I feel small nuts in behind it. So I thought about pulling the dash, but is it welded in?? Any tips to get the radio out??

it will come out the back if its the same as a 53,theres alot of stuff in there clock speaker combo
