Ouch! Gonna need some windshield advice - MB

So it was a glorious fall day in November, here in Manitoba yesterday.  I thought: "Hey! Procrastination Pays!" I still had the road insurance on the '64, so Mrs. and I took a cruise up a nice back road (paved).

But some big, ugly, old dump truck wasn't too happy about that and threw a nice rock off the back wheel which consequently smashed up my nicely patinaed original windshield...

So, now I'm here to ask, where's a great place in Southern Manitoba (Winnipeg area preferably) that knows these old cars and won't butcher up a windshield installation.  It's about to get tucked to bed for the winter, so I'll be looking at a spring-time replacement.

I didn't let it ruin the day, I thanked that windshield for keeping us safe, with nothing coming through all the layers.  I've had this car for 22 years, this is the worst I've had happen through the 50,000 miles we've been together.

Morris is a bit of a drive for you but On Site Auto Glass in Morris is run by Brad Klippenstein who I use exclusively for any vintage glass work. He is meticulous, trustworthy and just an all around nice guy. If you contact him, tell him Carl sent you.
