I do know of the location and I believe it's a 67 Impala frame.

It's in great shape.

I cropped a little closeup of the idler arm area, and I do see the idler coming through the top of the frame, just behind the right rear arm bushing.

So 65-66. Not that it matters, if need be, can be easily changed with the Akerman fix side mount idler. If you are doing all new in a 65-66, then do the fix.
