Bumper jack base

Does anyone know which is the correct bumper jack base for a 1965 Acadian? I guess there are 2 shapes of holes.

Do you have the jack? The base will match the jack.

Thinking "T" bar style is right. Notch style and tooth style. My lingo but "T" is tooth and triangular is notch.

Can see the teeth in T bar

I checked as I used to have a T-bar jack and base but must have sold them. I have a couple notch style jack & bases.
