I heard about a place that is about 40 minute drive from me-what seemed odd was it is in a lovely small town(maybe 22K people) Fergus,On-I guess the rent is cheaper than in Toronto.

They advertise regularly on kijiji. Usually priced in the stratasphere but stuff looks well detailed.
