Thanks

A buddy of mine has 3, will see him tonight. As far as I know he loves them for the price. 3 grand. I think he had to pay shipping on that.
One came with one of the decks bent, they said he did it unloading and was gonna be a hassle so My buddy fixed it himself. But if
you need to know anything in particular I can ask tonight. Uses them for storage more than working on.

Thanks! The only clincher is they don't ship so I'd have to arrange that.

Are they certified? When I got my hoist in 2016, it was the cheapest 7000 lb 4 post hoist I could find that was certified. It cost more than this but my wife seemed to think she'd like me to be working under a car parked on a piece of certified equipment! (And I didn't disagree with her...)

When I got mine I could have saved about $800 buying an uncertified hoist. I don't mind if it crushes and kills me but being severely injured kind of scares me!

Todd... I have one in my garage. Works great... If you subscribe to "Old Autos" they have 2-3 advertisers in that paper. I think Princess auto has them too. I bought mine from a company in Lindsay Ontario. I had it delivered and installed/assembled, an extra $800. But they took less than 2 hours to assemble it, well worth it.

He's asking if someone has this specific lift from The Old Car Center.

Good point. I'll have to check to see if these are certified.

Yes, I saw that. I just wondered why he lives on the East coast and wants a product from the West coast. So I thought he was looking for alternatives. Mine is certified, I believe that if they are selling them, they'll be certified. When I was looking, there were only 3-4 manufactures of this style...
