Its dressed like a 442, including the stripes, emblems, rear spoiler, and hood, but the 342 code at the beginning of the VIN indicates this is a tribute car based on a 1971 Oldsmobile...

In '72 you could power a 442 all the way down to a 350 2-barrel V8, but in '71 the base was a 455 V8. This 1971 tribute has a 350. The Olds 350s were a strong engine in their own right. I'd say it is an attractive cruiser. Well done clones can still bring good money apparently, as based on auction results.
It reminds me of my old neighbour's Cranberry Red 1971 Cutlass Supreme that he bought new in March '71. It had the white buckets, the dual gate Hurst shifted automatic, the fat 4-spoke steering wheel & a gold 350 Rocket 4-barrel. It looked exactly as shown below:
