RE: My Not So New Radio Show!

Thanks guys i may take you up on that offer about parts.  It hasn't  run in about 5 years and was in a guys garage, so the fuel smells really rank.  Gonna need a good cleanout at least.   Unfortunately I have been called back to work for another week or so so can't do a thing with it for a while.

So this means a re-run on Monday?

I could live with songs being cut off but that's just wrong to cut off those guys!

Its nice to see you just can't wait!  Presently i am with the last tanker group in the  province more or less as insurance in case something weird happens.  So far it has been very long and recently kind of dull as the days get cooler and shorter.  I started on August 17th and have had two days off since so I'm starting to not remember what real life is like.  However i am done for the season on the 25th which means one more hacked up repeat, I guess.  Hopefully you faithful  guys can hang in there just as I'm trying to hang onto my sanity!

All right I'm back and I'm live (i think). Should be the usual weird mix of stuff that only you guys truly appreciate so hopefully you can tune in to my wave!

I managed to catch most of it aside from BBQing salmon and other chores. Some songs I never heard before and some haven't heard in a while!

It was great to have you back Ken. And the timing was perfect. Beaumontguru and I spent the day in the US scrounging old car parts and you were our entertainment for the ride home. We had to wait in line for an hour at the border (long weekend traffic) and you made the wait seem like nothing. Thank you!

Thanks you guys, that connection makes it all worthwhile. Even my wife said she only hated three songs tonight so it must have been good!

So far we're on track to play some a pretty wide variety of stuff from my birth year as I just had one of those things old guys don't like to talk about...

I'll let you figure out what year we have on tap.

Something tells me 1956 is the winning answer.

I think you had a slip of the tongue in the first opening 1 minute, because you said the year of 1956.

LOL, I was having a good laugh when it slipped out so early. I think it was before the first song?

I'm never telling Ken a secret, that's for sure!

I was working in the garage all by myself listening to your show and laughing out loud how you thought your birthyear was a secret but it hadn't been since about the first minute of the show!!!

I don't have a clue how I will spend my Monday evenings when you decided to quit doing your show Ken.
