I cant tell, is that a US car you have pictured? If yes, the Canadian one may look different? I posted a picture of a 64 Canadian plate in your other thread, I assumed 63/64 would be the same since the radio plate was the same.

It is a US dash in the pic posted, could only find that one online. Clock appears to be same shape as the '63 Canadian clock. Don, if that pic you posted is a '64 clock cover then they different for sure.
