Im sure these inner sections are not reproduced for the 64 Cdn Pontiac and I doubt the USA cars would be the same. Maybe a Chevy one would be usable but since the outer quarter skin is different, Im not sure how things fit together there. That piece is the same for all models, 2 door and 4 door, sedans and coupes. Floor pans are the same 61-64, that part may be the same too.
How bad is your rust, can you post pictures? I know a guy with a 64 Chevy hes parting out, not sure what this part looks like, may be worse than yours.

This is a project, a fellow took a 62 Pontiac frame and body and was going to use it inside a 62 impala resto. In the pictures, you can see the different parts, the impala was white, the Pontiac was tan, check the roof colour, its the Pontiac. He tried the Chevy doors and front clip and they bolted right up. You can see where the door closes the different shape of the door skin of the Chevy door versus the shape of the Pontiac door post. That difference follows rearward for the quarter panel.
He removed the pontiac rear quarter so what you are seeing is the inside fender panel of the Pontiac in that picture. He told me the inner fender had a different shape than the Chevy so he would have to rework that or move the Chevy part over to the Pontiac. He never did finish this, ended up selling it.

All I can add to Don's post is in building our 62 Parisienne we are using Chevy floor pans from the firewall to the rear bumper. The area where the rear wheel wells connect to the floor pans and deck lid didn't need modifications unlike some other areas of the pans. This strongly suggests the inner wheel wells for a Chevy are the same but the outers are distinctly different. We rebuilt our wheel wells, it took a good number of hours, as we had never did this type of work before but I think Blake did a great job. Don posted the link to our work in his post here so I won't do it. There should be a lot of photos of the rear wheel wells, hopefully there something there to help you see how we did it. The inner wells would be easier to fix since they have considerably less shape to them.
I just searched some of my usual places for parts. The first thing I learned was nobody has wheel wells for these cars. Then I stumbled onto a site that I scrolled through and learned US part suppliers call them wheelhouses. I went back to Classic Industries the site where I bought my floor pans and most other parts. Thanks guys. Goodmark list them for a Catalina but as you say they probably won't fit. I'll have to get the car up on stands and see how bad mine really are. It's going in soon for the rear quarters and rockers to be done and a new pair would save me paying the shop to create a pair.
Ok, panic over. Jacked up the rear end today and the originals are 98% complete. I'm confident my metal guru can work with them. Just waiting to see how big the estimate is...............
