Took this pic last week, never noticed anything weird until I enlarge it. fullsizeoutput_1a80.jpeg

I'm guessing the wrinkle in the 1/4 panel, weird.

I still look for pics of the 1966-67 Acadian/Nova front bumper illusion.

Many times I've taken pics. but it's hard to get the angle and elevation correct.

However, it's like magic to me when it strangely appears!

Thanks
Randy

I took pictures in Petra, Jordan of the buildings carved into the rock face. One in particular, when I got it home on the computer and blown up, had a whole separate scene in the periphery that I was unaware of. There were shepherds, dogs and sheep all over the edge of the top of the rock face & area beyond.

Another funny one was a picture my dad took at a boat launch in Rice Lake. His boat trailer ran beyond and off the end of the paved ramp and needed assistance to get it back out. Many decades later I looked at the picture, taken in 1974, and noticed a little sign beside the ramp that warned of the very thing we experienced at the launch. How did we miss that?

I wish I had saved that one of the front bumper. It's on a white car as I recall? No idea where it is now.

Car in Avatar is same car just in daylight, in sunlight it appears almost Candy Apple, but goes quite dark in shade or night time.

Seems to me all the people pictured in the windows are looking at the car with admiring smiles. As well they should be.

Carl... You lost me and probably a few other viewers. What are we supposed to see?

Keep looking away and then looking back at the top of the bumper below the passenger headlight. Sometimes the top of the bumper looks like it's one height across the top, sometimes it looks like the bumper steps down below the headlight.

Sure enough.

Somehow I can think my way through this one easier to make the bumper flat again, and on the last one sometimes I could, sometimes I couldn't.
