My health is declining and I have trouble with my balance. 

I gave up my storage unit in December after 20 years and a pile of stuff is crammed into the car.

here is a document showing the parts etc added since 1978

Not totally complete but you get the idea. 

Always adding something to the package. 

Insurance value  52000

Recent appraisal   46000

Asking 40000

Located in Oshawa and looking for a new home. 

My avator says it all................  if interested  pm me and we can ????

Update....  MUST BE SOLD.

JUNE 6 24

Wife is now in a respite retirement home and we need to review every penny spent.

Hope someone buys it. I fear a lot of us on this site are getting to an age that we will be liquidating cars soon. I am 76 and I think we are required to retest for our driver license at 80.

In Ontario 80 is the age. Got my paperwork...just need to set date for test.

Ouch.

Coming out of parking garage I was distracted by another car entering the garage and found myself to close to the passenger side of the garage door opening.

 Well that's ashame, you most certainly are not going to sink $5,000 into now. You have to take that hit on the selling price.
