Ottawa junk yard with 1995-1998 Chevy/GMC?

Im heading to Ottawa next week and need a burgundy door sill for my truck, anyone know of any good junkyards in the area with older stuff? My online searches are not turning up anything, the big yards seem to no longer have these trucks.

im a little late but Stephens Auto Wreckers Ltd
6591 Fernbank Rd, Stittsville, ON K2S 1B6 was wrecking yard up near ottawa that i used to visit when i went to visit family. they had lots of older stuff.
