I checked the GM parts book and it looks like 3820328 which fits 58-63 Pontiac is the one you need.

Yours fell off, is it broken? Are the 2 balls it snaps onto there? Is the carpet around them new- if yes, it needs to be cut back from the mounting balls a bit.

62-66 Nova uses the same pedal as well I see.

There is a chrome trim set that fastens around the outer portion of the gas and brake pedal.

Just to jazz it up a bit.
