The dash is likely wider due to both cars having different frames, therefore the bezel may be stretched in the US version. Early 60's US Pontiacs were on a box style frame and were marketed as wide bodies. Our Canadian Pontiacs 58 - 64 are on Chevy X-frames and are narrower.

I would bet the dash and bezel will fit. The 64 Parisienne (Impala frame) is 77 wide and a 64 Catalina is 78 wide. I have a dash in my 69 2+2 from a 69 Catalina. The 2+2 (Impala frame) is an inch narrower than the Catalina.

I would wager the dash is the same between US and Canadian built cars. For my 1970, I have put a Catalina / Bonneville dash in a Parisienne numerous times. The only change I needed to make was to drill a hole on the bottom of the US dash to accept a bolt for the Impala style park brake pedal bracket.

The dash is different at the steering column and heater controls. Canadian cars use a Chev steering column with the shift indicator on the column and moved up into the chrome part of the dash. US cars shift indicator is molded into the dash above the colunm and chrome is straight in that area. Other peices will interchange like the speedo, dash pad ect.
