VIN decoding

Hey there, could anyone suggest where can I get my 65 VIN decoded? Would like to check if the engine is native to the car, what were the original colors and options etc.

Checked with Canadian GM, they said they only have archives for 1985 and younger.

Thanks.

GM Vintage Vehicle Services will be able to tell you engine, trans, colours inside and out, options and selling dealer. Also likely the number of cars made like your car (same model)

Oh, I actually emailed them. The only thing that bothers me - they want me to write my credit card numbers and security code to them, I'm a bit hesitant:)

If it's any consolation I've done that with them on more than one occasion but I understand when people are hesitant to do that.

You should be able to call in the credit card. That's what I did.
