Well started poking around the body a little more thoroughly. And I'm finding some fun spot to work on this winter. Honestly the car is almost 60 years old and I got it for under 5k I'd be surprised if I didn't find this kind of "body work" do we have any sources for rear quarter panels at all?
There is a guy who has been posting in some Pontiac Facebook groups who hand makes these panels. I can look for his contact info if you like. I know he's in the US but not sure where.

Hey 427 if you are in winnipeg do you goto any of the cruise nights I wouldn't mind getting some pictures of the original panel shapes, and maybe some tracing of the original contours.

I don't come in too often but if you ever feel like a drive to Morris I'm only 35 minutes from the Perimeter.

More updates of today's progress. Trying to quit smoking so I basically locked myself in the garage and took a week off work to get this don't and give quitting the darts a chance.

Good job on both topics!
As much as I want to encourage you with the panels because they look great, I want to encourage you even more to quit smoking!

Thanks took a bit one the first one ended up whipping the other side up in about 2 hours. The rest of my time was spent vacuuming out spray foam and filling panels with rust prevention
