Used these for the final 1/4 panel fitting on my project

I know what the 3 line set is for (fuel pump to filter to carb, and return line) but what is the line with the green caps on it for?

Very nice purchase!  i noticed the doc does not list the selling dealer, any idea what city the car orig came from?
