 They fit both 14" & 15".

These say "Pontiac".   US version says "Pontiac Motor Division"

All the old dog dish fit 14 and 15, I have 15 on mine, the rims have 4 hubcap bumps, not 3 like the original 14s. My hubcaps are very tight to get on and off the 15s. IMG_9312.jpeg

That style was used 1964 - 1971 in the U.S.A.; 1965 - 1971 in Canada with that specific logo.

 I presume you're talking about the style of the original thread posted by 1961ragtop.   The 454 Laurentian had them, although missing 2 caps.  I was able to pick up a handful more, but finding them with the black paint in good shape is tough.
