1969 Pontiac 2+2 front rad/fender bushings

Looking for information on where I can find these bushings...or any other bushing that would work.

Thanks

Give Ames Pontiac Engineering a try, those bushings are the same as 1969 Catalina & Bonneville.

thanks...I took a look and can't find the same bushings.  Closest I could find is for a firebird but the size is wrong.  I am wondering if I can't just use any rubber bushings and make them work?  thoughts?

Welcome Papapontiac to Canadian Poncho.

The factory assembly manual has this drawing which gives the part numbers for what you are working on. Maybe that will help your search?

Unfortunitly, 1969 only and Canadian only part.

There may be something universal out there but I have not found anything yet.

I have had good luck using epoxy to rebuild them.

One on the left is finished.

If your "cup" is rotted out, there is not much you can do with them.

Just a slight correction from the above comments. They were also used on American made 1967-1972 Pontiac Firebirds. They are not cheap at $60-$70 USD per pair.

These are available from Firebird Central and are the same part number 9789187 as the Canadian B-body. https://search.app/WtFjeJ6rPdmPNTmB9

 100 US to Canada.

Worth it if you need them.

Randy, the GM parts book says 68 used the same part?

I'm surprised it's a Canadian only part.  I figured the 1969 US Catalina & Bonneville would be the same.

Totally different set up. More like a bumper stop.

WOW!!!!  This is an amazing forum.  I have searched  for awhile but it is the first time I have posted.  Thank you everyone very much for all your support...I can't believe how many of you are willing/able to help.  I will post some pics tomorrow or when i get home later.

It seems like this part is difficult to find - I may just find a similar bushing and see what happens.  ABC123 sent a good idea.

thanks everyone

Thanks again everyone...I  ordered these from amazon as suggested by abc123...better than what i have now.

Also, I am not sure if this is the right place to post this and feel free to direct this to where it belongs but I am starting to change the intake and carburetor...from the cast iron to a Weiand 8004 and from the old 2 bbl Rochester to a 4 bbl Edelbrock 1406.  I am sure I will have lots of questions but if anyone has any suggestions/resources it would be greatly appreciated.  Especially the routing of things like gas lines, filters, spark plug wires etc.  I don't have any pictures to work off but I know it will be fun. lol
