175 Cdn is a good price for that system. It lists for $239 USD

Mark, I know Bob very well, he's a GREAT guy. If you would like me to pick up that kit for you and get it to you I'd love to have an excuse to visit him. He's right on my edge of the city, only about 40 minutes from me.

Thanks for the generous offer Carl, but I'll have to pass at this time.

It would be a cool addition, as I occasionally have the habit of locking my keys in the car (twice on 2022's trip to Tulsa OK). Unfortunately installing the wire boots might be a bit of a pain with the doors on.

 Why is that?

I've likely done 8-10 power window conversions on various vehicles and never had the doors off to do it.

I just pulled the power window harness out of a 69 Parisienne, and fortunately the front clip was off.   Otherwise, there was no way I would have got the boots off as they're held in with 2 screws at each end.  I guess I should have said "Unfortunately installing the wire boots might be a bit of a pain with the front clip on.
