Were rally wheels an option on the 1967 full size cars? If so, what size would they have been? I have seen a few pictures of 67s with them but wasnt sure if they were stock.

15x5 size with disc brakes, unless police, wagon, or P14 were specified. Then they would be 15x6. If they offered 70-series tires like they did on the U.S. Chevrolets, they also used 15x6 Rally Wheels.
For 1968 all Canadian Pontiacs came with 6" wide wheels of one description or another.
