Tilden ads with '66 Grande Parisienne

T2.jpegT1.jpeg

I was excited to see these ads with a 1966 Grande Parisienne that weren't GM ads. Does anyone have others from this 1966 ad campaign?

Wow, is that ever cool!

Do you mean other Tilden ads, or other 1966 Grande Parisienne ads?

I meant Tilden ads, but since you mention it, this photos shows what I have, so I'd be pleased with additional items (and better scans of the gold car ad & two page one).

These are both too big to fit into my scanner so all I have is crappy photographs of them.

Those look like better quality copies of newspaper ads. Are they newspaper pages or handouts?

I realize that there's quite a fan and ownership base for this particular year & model, and I'm very glad about it.

They are from farm magazines from the 60's.

Speaking of farmers and connecting to customers in farm papers, it must have worked. I had a farmer friend who's farmer parents owned a pair of 1966 GMs. The husband owned a '66 Parisienne sport coupe, Lemonwood Yellow with black vinyl top, while the wife owned a Marina Blue '66 Beaumont Custom sport coupe, 230 six with a vinyl roof, p/s & p/b. The friend himself owned a '71 GMC Sierra Grande 1500 from new.

Farmer-owned cars often never visited the dealership service departments, as they'd perform all their own maintenance and repairs.
