In 1962 we purchased a 57 Pontiac 283 3 speed

Have had this for some time and got to thinkin' maybe someone knows where the car may be.

My dad bought it in May 1962 as a second car for my brother, it had a 283 4bbl and 3 on the tree. smile

It was a 4 door and beige in color - unfortunately we have no pics hmm.

It was eventually passed to me in early spring 1964 when I was in grade 12 at Victoria Park SS in Scarboro, On.

In the late fall of 1964 it was sold to Bob Flanagan for $500. in Scarboro.

Plz chk your 57 Pontiac vin number and maybe she's still out there.

Happy motoring everyone...biggrin.

You could try buying the used car package at the MTO. That would tell you the owners if it survived past 1973

Ya thought about that Todd but there are so many cars in my past I would love to see again (and I have records of them no)

that I may need a bank loan....smile.
