Does anyone know if there's a kit you can buy for welding onto a hardtop or sedan frame to strengthen it for a convertible? I'm thinking about those long thin strips of curved metal that are top and bottom of a convertible 58-64 X-frame.

Got these new tubular arms up and down seem to fit nice had minor fix for lower ball joint bolts. But issues have landed! that lower spring insulator has allowed spring to move out ie towards the ball joint just enough that spring now rubs the frame at top on out side this may show up in photos. any others ha...

Curious what everyone is doing to refinish theirs. Im sure a cast aluminum shaker can will work on the master cylinder but what about the alternator? Any issues with painting it? Not sure if it will retain heat and burn up

Does anyone know where I can purchase new front brake line/hose retaining clips? I check around with local auto parts stores and brake repair centers but they don't have them. The old ones rusted through and the new hoses didn't come with them.
