Parcel in from Manitoba!

Just recieved a very heavy and well packaged parcel from Pascal (Pontorquer) in Manitioba.

It's the complete power window setup from his 70' Bonny ragtop he's parting.

He also threw in the rear armrest courtesy lamps, switch and wiring, and a rear speaker grille.

I went ahead and tested all the motors, they all run great in both directions, after 38 years they just need a cleaning and lube is all. Hooked up a courtesy lamp as well, just to see how it would look. I like! Interesting how the window motors look very similar to a Delco power seat motor.

Thanks Pascal,
Mark.

I'd think the power regulators would weigh the same as manual ones, perhaps even slightly less. The motors probably weigh around 5 lbs a piece.
So with the wiring...maybe 25lbs more.

Perhaps I could diet off 25lbs and it'd be even! Hell, if I lost 80 I could add air!

Cheers, Mark

It's always good to have a happy customer ! Maybe I should trow in my power window motors and regulators from my 1975 GP in my 1972 Lemans (manual windows) you think that would work ?
