Cable Throttle Control Swap for 66-67 Beaumont/Chevelle

Anyone done a cable throttle swap on a 66  Beaumont?  I want to get rid of the manual linkage on the Camino and look for something better. Is there someone making a kit ?? 4BBL Holley 670 Vacuum, Crate 350

Its a piece of junk in my mind. My leg goes to sleep trying to hold the footfeed on a trip. I must be getting fussy as my new Malibu has the electronic throttle....

I did it on my 65 and it should be the same for your 66-67. It is a piece of cake. Get a pedal from a 68 -78 nova. It bolts right in. Then just order a throttle cable right from GM. Order the cable for a 70 Nova SS. You will also need the firewall bracket from the donor car. It also just bolts right in replacing yours.
It works great and is about a 1 hour job.

I have also done this swap before, but used set up from a 69 Chevelle. Was easy and worked good.
